Kim Balfour

Overview
Kim started her legal career later in life having previously served in the NSW Police Force.
After leaving the Police Force worked her way through her law studies part time whilst working full time in a medical clinic and then as a law clerk. She commenced working with Skinner & Associates in 2014 as a clerk and completed her studies in 2016 and was admitted in both NSW and Australian Federal jurisdictions in March 2017.
Outside of work she is involved in the local musical community as a member of Wodonga Brass and Albury City Band. She is also involved with the local equestrian community as a dressage rider and member of the Albury Wodonga Equestrian Centre and Albury Wodonga Adult Riding Club.
Areas of expertise
Kim mainly practices in the areas of Property Law and Conveyancing, as well as Wills and Estates.
She also has a background in family law property and children’s matters.
Qualifications
Kim was awarded a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from the University of Sydney in 1994, and completed her Bachelor of Laws (LLB) at the University of New England in 2016.
